Show navigation buttons in Tab Bar

Adds left and right arrow button in the Tab Bar.

FYI, built-in navigation buttons on the top of the window are customized by QTTabBar so they work with active tab in the same way as navigation buttons in tabbed web browsers.

Place Horizontal Explorer Bar below Vertical Explorer Bar

Specifies which Explorer Bar has priority.

Synchronize horizontal position of Tab Bar (top) with the Default View when Extra View is enabled in the left

In short, stick Tab Bar on the Default view.
